Power tools

  • For safety and insurance reasons, we don't allow any power tools on site to cut trees. 
  • We provide sharp hand saws to cut your tree.  If you need assistance cutting your tree down, we are more than happy to help, just let us know.


Pets

  • We are pet friendly!
  • Please have dogs on a leash and pick up after them.


Tagged trees

  • Do not cut trees with ribbons and/or red sold tags.  
  • Trees with black/blue/green tape or sticks/plastic in them are for sale.  We spend a lot of time culturing our trees and we just missed removing those items.


                          Tree Experience

Get ready to go to the field

  • A hand saw and a tree tag is a must have!
  • Small tarps are available to lay on so you don't get as wet/dirty. 
  • 8' and 10' measuring poles are also available.  The poles are 5' to the first mark and then spaced in 1' increments.​


Start your experience

  • Head out to the field to find your perfect tree.
  • Trees species are mostly grouped together with signs.
  • Take pictures on the sleighs, tractor and with the animals.


Cutting Your Tree

  • Once you find your tree, attach the tag to the bottom portion of the tree.  The tags are two part; tear off the bottom part and keep it safe.  Don't lose this as you need it to pay and claim your tree!
  • Cut your tree close to the ground (just above drip line).
  • Carry or drag your tree (on the tarp helps) to the nearest road and we will retrieve it for you.
  • Once we retrieve your tree, we will shake it to remove any loose needles and wrap it for easy transport and set-up.
  • We will also correct any crooked cuts so your tree will stand correctly in the tree stand.


Back to the Gift Shop

  • Return your saw/tarp/measuring pole.
  • Warm up in the gift shop or by our patio fire pit.
  • Pay for your tree in the gift shop.  We will stamp your tag and give it back to you.
  • Enjoy complimentary cocoa, cider, coffee, cookies and candy canes
  • More pictures!


Loading your tree


  • IMPORTANT! - Show your stamped tag to a team member so we can match your number to the tag on the tree that you load.  Wrapped trees can look identical just like luggage at the airport.  Match your numbers!
  • If you have a pin style tree stand and need your tree drilled, please inform the team at the tree baler and they will drill your tree.
  • We can help carry the tree out and place the tree in/on your vehicle.  Customers will need to secure their tree.
  • TIP:  For trees placed on top of cars, it is best to place the bottom of the tree to the front of the car during travel to prevent wind damage to the branches.
  • We have complimentary twine available to secure your tree.
